Hi there! I’m Yahaira Mercado, a passionate Fitness Coach dedicated to helping others achieve their health and wellness goals. As a proud mom, grandmother, and dog mom, I understand the importance of balancing fitness with family life. My journey in fitness is not just about physical strength but also about building connections and creating a supportive community.

When I’m not coaching, you can find me dancing to my favorite tunes, whipping up delicious meals in the kitchen, or exploring new destinations with my loved ones. I believe that fitness should be fun, and I love to throw parties that bring friends and family together to celebrate life and wellness.
